It was one of those runs where I had to consciously keep myself from going too fast. I'm feeling fit! My knee feels all better, my hip tightness is pretty much gone, I think I've turned a corner here when I was just thinking I might need to hit the reset button. I think I'll take one extra day easy, to make sure I've recovered from the races, then do a workout on Friday, which will be my last day living in SL...
