Ate and slept fairly well last night.

Drove to Marquette for some work. The plan called for 12 easy miles and I added a couple extra miles to meet some personal needs. Ran mostly along the Iron Ore Heritage Trail and Lakshore Path.

The first mile was a slow jog to W/U with some drills. Played around for the next 11 miles. Did a variant of the usual strides - 10x (0.05-mile smooth strides with 0.10-mile recovery) - over the next 1.50 miles. Ran the final mile+ at a faster pace.

Walked some to W/D and did Kory's stretching routine afterwards inside the Superior Dome. Saw/Chatted with Bill S, Peter V and several other Muffin Runners along the way. Pleasant weather plenty of sunshine, sufficient shade and a gentle breeze. Good outing.
