Ate and slept quite well night.

The 2-mile W/U included mobility and form drills as well as some strides before lining up for the start.

Ran with plenty of ease, peace, discipline and very little baggage. The event better described by the three Hs - Hills, Heat and Humidity - almost lived up to its reputation. Hills and Humidity were still there but Mother Nature blessed us all by removing the other H - light drizzle, gentle breeze and lot of cloud cover - and made it very pleasant running weather.

The result was 1:39:05 for the official finish time https://results.raceroster.com/v2/en-US/results/pza9xj5nadqbxeps/results?subEvent=142938&page=1 - good for 3/47 overall, 2/21 in gender and 2/7 in AG. Quite content with the effort and the result.

Saw/Chatted with several friendly faces before, during and after the run. The 2-mile W/D was good too. Good outing.

PS: Thanks be to Team Charlie (Amy Natalini, Leilani Rios, Louis Orta and John Tate) for vetoing the original plan I had for today - 3M W/U, 16M @ MP, 3M W/D - about 3 weeks ago as part of a group project in Indianaplis, IN.
