Time 7:10:36. 21 min PR, 4 min off men's FKT, a new FKT on Missing link loop. Shit me! Went clockwise, and suffered from mile 2, almost turned around at least 5 times. Lots of bargaining and promises, like never do another training run over 20 miles. Legs dead, so wasn't much pushing in the last 6 downhill miles on Barr. Wish I could see my watch display, could have squeezed men's FKT. Maybe. I'm old and blind like a bat, and the numbers are tiny! Anyway, done and over with this loop.
