Getting back into cardio treadmill evening run

Good evening all its Saturday night and I decided to go out for an evening bike ride.

Normally I'd avoid town as it turns into a very busy place full of clubbers that are userally loud and drunk but seeing as most of the roads in the town centre are closed it seemed like the perfect time to get out on the bike and not worry about traffic.

Overall the ride was good I picked a route full of hills going down so picked up some very good speed on my race.

It is actually my first bike ride this week too as I have done more overtime at work meaning no days off until today
