Getting back into cardio treadmill evening run

It is my first run of the week and because it's already later in the week I decided I had to give it my all and get in the miles.

The run was going well up to the 2 mile mark I felt I was going at a good pace but after 2 miles my speed declined and I started to feel the burn more

I got through mile 3 before eventually slowing my speed down more and finished the 4th mile and for the last mile I alternated between short fast sprints and light jogging.

Overall a fun workout and I'm glad to have got 5 miles on the board for the week. This is also my first run where I achieved 5 miles
