Strength and rehab

Happy. 5 years since the last PR, made sure to enjoy every minute today

Very humid (98% 😅) and a bit hilly but two months training here made a big difference, felt great the whole race

Raced by perceived effort, and didn’t bring the chest strap. I feel like up to this distance it’s no problem, but for the marathon I need to watch my heart rate 

Usual breakfast (7 spoons of oats, berries, banana, soy milk). One Maurten with caffeine midrace, 2 electrolytes pills before, one during. Some water at aid stations. Had more carbs than my (recent) normal in the past 48 hours

Grateful to be healthy again
