Overall an excellent day racing the 6 inch ultra. Some minor issues,but tried to push them aside and get on with it. 2.43 per k pace and 3 seconds faster for https://www.strava.com/segments/11086394  Hills strength felt excellent today,was able to attack harder than normal from Whittakers onwards. I think its just the 82kg that is slowing me down...SPLITS; King of the mountain 13.35  Scarp Rd 25min?
