Ate and slept well last night.

This is the third year/season of the Turkey Birkie Festival and the second year/season I signed up for formal lessons. Based on the coaches' recommendations, I signed up for the Technique Progression Lessons with Coach Bryan Fish.

Like yesterday, we did various drills and some skiing in progressive fashion to put together those drills (or cues therefrom) - stride, run, herringbone, double pole and kick double pole (with and without poles). I did not struggle nearly as much as yesterday and got a lot out of the session. Also broke a pole during kick double pole drill - chalking it up as a sign of progress. Great to see many friendly and familiar faces (Jeff T, Coach Thatchers, Coach Nancy, Julie, Ruth, Andy, Andre, Henry, Lucy and more), and catch up with them. Good session.
