New Fastest Known Time on the 56km Camel Trail, taking 25 mins off the current men's 28km out FKT in the process. 

My 2nd fastest 50km too (3:55). 

Faster than expected, really pleased with the result! Last 5km were a real battle. Whole run with no headphones, just the sound of my feet, the trees, river and birds (and occasional cyclists). 

Solo unsupported.
