Really happy with that. Nutrition worked well for the first time i can remember, and even managed to stave off the onset of asthma halfway through.  Was aiming for sub-17h and a top 100 placing, so 16h07m and 94th place will do very nicely.

Lovely fast course, lots of runnable trail and even the tricky rocky sections were quite runnable.  Some beautiful hilltop towns and villages as well.
