Good value for less than 3 hours, and momentous day because we discovered super fly TNT...took up a bit of time getting through it...amazing journey it was!!!! Good to get some nocturnal running time, although its always challenging at the time... No quad soreness tonight maybe I am starting to win the war on that one or maybe its just a good day...its come back too many times in the last few weeks to be sure yet...but nice to be painfree in the thigh tonight...
