As part of the first person to complete a full distance Ironman with a 15kg weighted vest I had a cycle leg to do, which had many offroad segments which slowed me massively down and my sponsored Trek Bike struggled so towards the end of the cycle we decided to laps on the flat to speed up on time before a marathon run with the vest on through the night. I found the cycle the longest bit.
