To make up for yesterday Max took me out for a quick (in every sense of the word from my point of view, anyway) blast around one of his favourite mountain biking routes.  For all the fast downhills there were plenty of tough ascents.  Really not used to those.  Damned good fun, but I wish I had bigger legs.  Definitely should have worn my heart rate monitor.
