PMM Lauderdale Friday Bash.

Medium Paced Road Bunch Ride. Departs 0900hrs Fridays, from the Car Park behind Windy's Bakery, 530 South Arm Road, Lauderdale. The route is traditionally referred to as the "Hook Spin" and is a popular scenic ride to Arm End (50km / 2 hours). Our ride is followed by a debrief at "She's Cooked Cafe" ( the old "Sandbar"). Occasional Grand Départs, and alternate routes/destinations, so watch the 'Discussion'.
