NHRR are hosting their Christmas #RunAndTalk event on Thursday 20th December. The aim of the event is to encourage people to #RunAndTalk to improve their mental health and wellbeing through running.

This is event is focussing on the first of the 5 Ways of Wellbeing - Take Notice.

After a short talk on the theme of Take Notice, head coach Karen will organise us for the "Naked 5k" (Disclaimer: this means no technology, please please wear clothes it's cold out there!)

Afterwards we'll be heading back to Spirella for chats, prizes, hot winter warmer drinks and mince pies.
