GIVE UP Dealer's Choice 5/13/2024

Hello all, Furda here to tell you about my first Dealer’s Choice ride! This 14 mile route has a few climbs on a mix of trail and roads for about 920’ of elevation (or 1026’ if you’d like to attempt the full Stafford Segment). We’ll meet up at the fountain in Point State Park and make our way over to the McKees Rocks Bridge, dropping into the Rocks for some light gravel action before climbing through Sheraden on Stafford. From there we’ll head up for a break at the West End Overlook (my favorite view of the city) and down through the West End and back to the start.

The forecast looks great for the ride which I’d rate around a 6 for hill spiciness and a 7 for a little West Carson road spiciness. It looks to be roughly 1.5h ride and we’ll absolutely wait at the top of the climbs. Meet up at 6:20pm and roll around 6:30. Bring a helmet, water, your climbing legs, a light, and some of those well deserved snacks we’re always on about!
