For those who can’t join us for D2R2 2021, we are offering a virtual ride for the land!

The way it works:
Ride as far as you like, over as many days as you like, and log it in here.
Challenge yourself and pick a distance that you might not normally try in a single day event. Log as many bike miles as possible during the first three weeks of August.
Feel free to ride at the destination of your choice, safely outdoors, or at home on a trainer. Submit your weekly stats and watch the leaderboard change. We will be watching it too! (and having weekly raffles for Bikereg registered participants! www.bikereg.com/d2r2 )
We will also offer additional raffles of D2R2 swag to folks who submit social media posts (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) using the #DIYD2R2

Other D2R2 merchandise is still available to purchase and, of course, we will still hold the Grand Prize Raffle for the Firefly Bicycle Frame on August 21st. Watch for details!

Q&A:
Q: How & when do I log my mileage, elevation gain and time?
A: Log in to your Strava account and enter in your cumulative stats by the end of each week in August. You can update this every day if you like.

Q: Is there a ride location requirement?
A: No. You can ride anywhere you like. Yes, trainer miles count. Bonus points to riders who pick routes that emulate the gnarly climbs and gravel roads of a traditional D2R2 ride.

Q: When is the deadline to enter?
A: BikeReg registration officially closes August 15 but the challenge itself continues through the end of our in-person D2R2 event on August 21st.

Q: Does every mile I ride count towards my monthly ride stats?
A: Yes. Every single mile. How many can you ride in August? The leaderboard will list the top riders in this order weekly.
