Ronde Van Anglia - 2019

A revised route for RVA this year taking in some new roads deep in the region. Should be a stunning day out. This ride is always a great season opener - Roll on Spring!

Woodbridge/Ipswich - 202km/215km - TBA

Making sure you have a well maintained bike, sufficient clothing, food, supplies and tools to fix any potential mechanicals is very important as we ride out to the more remote parts of the region. Be self-sufficient.

While our Monuments remain no drop rides, given the extended distance over a regular club ride, we will always look to maintain good progress throughout the day. The pace of these rides can be a little higher than usual. Expect in the region of 27km/h.

There are no prescribed bail out routes, so being familiar with the course and where it takes us is a responsibility of the rider if they wish to end the ride early.

For anybody starting a Monument there is a general understanding that you are comfortable with the intended pace and distance of the ride. We would ask that anybody signing in to a Monument that isn’t a Club Member has ridden or made an appearance at a club ride prior, this way we can minimise any chance of issues on the day.
