Ride pace varies. MWF=steady pace/tempo. TuTh=faster pace with 3 sprints. No Drop with less than 5 riders, A/B with 6 or more. Ride leaves promptly at 5:30 From Food Lion at MP1 in Kitty Hawk, NC. Lights are a must.
