NDRR Arlington Court Canter (10K)

The Race:

The Arlington Court Canter (2019) 10K off road race, set in the wonderful woods surrounding the Arlington Court National Trust Property.

It is muddy, hilly, technical and challenging - All the things we love about running!

A £2 discount is available for affiliated runners only. Select "I would like to claim the Affiliated Runner Discount" option. (You may need to provide proof of this on request).

Payment with NDRR Tokens. You need to have 10 tokens and MUST email us before registering to receive a unique discount code that only you can use.

Prizes:

1st/2nd/3rd Male and Female overall,
1st Male in the following age groups: MSenior, MV40, MV50, MV60, MV70
1st Female in the following age groups: FSenior, FV35, FV45, FV55, FV65

Withdrawals/Refunds/Transfers/Changes:

No deferrals or refunds.
Transfers and changes to be made by email to arlington@ndroadrunners.com and are only available until 1 week before the race. After that date, no changes will be undertaken.

Important Information:

Online entries close at 23h59 on the 7th of June 2019.
Race numbers are collected on day from race HQ from 09:00. Please complete the medical details section on the back.
On the day entries (if available and only if the event does not sell-out prior) close promptly at 10h45.

Post Race/Results:

Due to the location, it may not be possible to provide live results but results will be published as soon as possible after the race. Please do not badger the the timing team at the finish line mid-race. Thank you.

Full results aren't available until a short while after the last runner comes home.

Prize Collection:

Prize Giving will take place at approximately 13h00 /or as soon as the final results are collated. If you win a prize, you need to hang around to collect it, as we do not post trophies out. They'll be trampled to pieces by all those of us too slow to win one.

Parking:

Parking is in the National Trust car park using their pay and display (max £4/day)
