Experience Seattle like never before and ride car-free streets on the fourth annual Emerald City Ride!

Are you ready to ride the brand new SR 99 Tunnel?

If you haven't yet registered for the Emerald City Ride presented by Kaiser Permanente, now there's an added reason to commit to riding this Sunday, May 26. For every rider who registers from May 21 through May 26, Cascade will donate $5 to the local branch of The Mission Continues. The Mission Continues is a national nonpartisan nonprofit that empowers veterans to continue their service while empowering communities with veteran talent, skills and preparedness to generate visible impact.

If you’re looking for a fun and meaningful way to celebrate Memorial Day weekend, the Emerald City Ride has you covered. The weather is looking great, and you’ll be sure to catch incredible views from the I-5 express lanes and Aurora Bridge. If you missed the Tunnel Ride back in February, you can also catch up on your chance to roll through the brand new SR 99 Tunnel.

Registration for the Emerald City Ride closes Wednesday, May 22 at 11:59 p.m. In-person registration will be available at the Cascade Bicycle Club headquarters during packet pick-up hours (May 23-24, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.), as well as at the ride start line. An additional fee will be charged at both locations.

As we ride this Memorial Day weekend, we maintain full and somber awareness that our freedom to do so is made possible because of the women and men who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Please consider joining us in this common purpose, and we look forward to riding with you on May 26!
