CRADLE - Saturday Team Vitality Club Ride, GP

Greetings Team Vitality Cyclists, your Cradle Team Vitality Champs invite you to join the WEEKLY Club Ride every SATURDAY. Everyone is welcome, invite your friends and family who ride to join you. Remember to wear your Team Vitality colours, apply SUNBLOCK, bring along water and a healthy snack. Looking forward to seeing you all!

DATE: Every Saturday Morning

LOCATION: Bidon Bistro, The Cradle, Kromdraai Road. Look out for the Vitality Team colours and branding.

DISTANCES: 45km and 75km
KM/H: 21+ km/h
Captain & Marshalled

Distances and pace are calibrated with number of Champs on site. ⭐

ROUTE DESCRIPTION:
Getting out of the parking lot, turn into Kromdraai Road and follow the Captains throughout and be guided by the Marshalls as well.

RIDE GUIDELINES:
Check that your equipment is ride ready and safe. You are responsible for your own equipment on the ride. Let's be safe and observant of the road rules all the time and follow the Captains throughout.

The group will ride together throughout especially when ascending hills and riding faster on the descent.

NO DROP OFF.
Please ensure you can keep up with the MINIMUM AVERAGE of the group as this is important to keep the ride safe for all.
