Good day Team Vitality Cyclists, join your KZN cycling Champs for a 9 week training programme, gearing up for the Amashova. The rides are suitable for all training levels, and all are welcome. Remember to bring a healthy snack and your water bottle. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
