Tuesdays 5am- Hill Repeats
The route is running on Frontage road from the parking lot to Shadow Mountain, about half a mile up.

There may be a group starting at 4:30am to get more miles. We will come back for the 5am group. Email or message to confirm, if interested in starting earlier.

A headlamp or some sort of light and a taillight or reflective clothing is recommended, so you can see and drivers can see you. Please follow traffic laws and stay safe. Run at your own risk.
