Meet Up Spot Marsh Chapel
Casual (No-Drop) / Mostly Flat

Civil rights activist, Nobel Peace Prize laureate, and preacher Martin Luther King Jr (1929-1968) has impacted and inspired the lives of many, which is in part why this route will show us how the city of Boston shaped the life of this great man, from where he first met the love of his life to where he would shoot hoops after long days in the classroom at Boston University's School of Theology. More importantly, our ride will take us past where MLK Jr rallied over 20,000 to march down to Boston Commons calling attention to issues of diversity, race, education, employment, and economics.

Expect recovery pace ➡️27km/17mi ⬆️110m/370ft.

Meet near Martin Luther King Jr memorial in front of Boston University's Marsh Chapel.
