Last year 50+ HWBCC members cycled to Winchester Cathedral for the Big Bike to Brekkie, and it would be great if we could gather similar numbers in 2018.

Get sponsored to cycle from your place to Winchester Cathedral, and claim a delicious free breakfast as a reward!

This is a fundraising event for Christian Aid, but if you don't want to get sponsored, we'd still love to see you - we'll ask you to pay £5 for your brekkie on the day, and then invite you to make a further donation - according to your means! Please still register in advance so we have enough brekkie for you.

The Paul Woodhouse suite is next to the main cathedral refectory. Closest road access is from Great Minster Street. Bikes can be left in a specific area of the Cathedral Green next to the refectory and Great Minster Street. A steward will be on hand to assist with parking and to keep a general eye on things. However, we cannot take responsibility for the security of your bikes - please bring a suitable lock.

The plan is to leave St Marks at 8am, aiming to get to the Cathedral for a 10am breakfast. We will run 2 rides, one @15 and one @13. If you don't think you can manage 51 or 42 miles, you can always get the train back from Winchester. Ideal if you would like to ride slightly further afield, without worrying about getting home.
