Sunday Long Run - Boston

This week we will tackle a classic Tracksmith long run, out and around Fresh Pond. One loop of the pond is 13 miles, two is 15 miles, and three is 17 miles– so there is plenty of options to fit any training plan. As always, we will meet at the Trackhouse and head out at 9 AM. See you there.
