100 Days Out: New York

One hundred days from a goal race marks the start of serious training, when we begin to orient our days around our ambitions. July 26th signaled the 100 day countdown to New York. In the build up to the Marathon, we’ll be hosting four supported long runs in Rockefeller State Park. Reserve a seat on our buses and go long on some tree-lined dirt trails.

All long runs will offer:

- Reserved buses to and from Rockefeller State Park. Busses will leave from Columbus Circle on 58th Street between 8th & 9th Avenues at 7 am.
- Pace groups between 7-11 minute pace
- Water and fuel
- Post-workout food

We're currently accepting reservations for two buses per run. Email us at trackhouse@tracksmith.com with the date or dates you would like to attend and your long run pace to be added to the wait-list if a space is not available for your preferred date.
