Group run: Salford Quays/MediaCityUK

Meet at the Y Club reception at 6:30pm. We’ll do our “Ministry of Silly Walks” warm up in Castlefield Arena, then head off to sunny Salford! The route takes us down the Bridgewater Canal to Throstle’s Nest Bridge, then down Trafford Wharf Road to just past the Imperial War Museum. Turn right after the museum and then head through MediaCityUK and then around Erie Basin, before heading past the Lowry theatre, up the side of Ontario Basin before making our way across to Ordsall Lane, then finally the Manchester Ship Canal to take us home.
