Group run: Longford Park

Meet at the Y Club reception at 6:30pm, followed by a warm-up in the Castlefield Arena. We’ll head off down the Bridgewater Canal to Throstle’s Nest Bridge, then come off and head towards Old Trafford Cricket Ground. After making our way around the ground, we head through Longford Park and then make our way towards Chorlton. We then take a left at the “four banks” junction and proceed back to the Y Club via Seymour Grove, Chester Road and a short stretch along the canal.
