SPECIAL Group Run: Lass O' Gowrie - Platt Fields Park

A bit of important info about this Thursday's club run. As there's a concert scheduled at the Castlefield Bowl where we normally meet and warm up, we've decided to move the session. We'll still meet at 6:30pm, but outside the Lass O' Gowrie pub, which is on Charles Street, just off Oxford Road. We don't have changing facilities so you'll need to arrive ready to run, but Joe Gaskin has kindly agreed that we can leave bags in the pub If you'd like to leave something to get changed into, for after the session (thanks Joe!).

For the route (which is about 7 miles) we'll still split into groups, then we'll head up Oxford Road to Platt Fields park where we'll do a lap of the parkrun route before heading back to the pub, where we can cool down with a pint!
