Club Ride

Join us for a multi level group ride. Plan: everyone takes off together for a neutral warm up. There will be several planned segments to shoot for a PR & re-grouping/recovery within the ride to keep things interesting.
When we hit the first featured segment for the day, "Crews Rd" the pace will increase to A level, If you wish to try and hang on to the As this would be your chance. Recover will take place on the "Man over board" segment. The next work segment will be "Lake Buffum Rd North" then "Huffin N Buffum" to recover & regroup until you hit "Relentless Climb to LK Hendry Rd" for some work & then recover on "Recovery time". Last one of the day work segment "Sink or swim" with a neutral cruise back to the Lee's Country Store and roll home together. Unless some others may want to grab a few more miles. We can discuss the route/plan before the ride takes off..

We may play foxes and hounds on a designated segment or 2. Send out the the first group with a time gap and it will be up to hounds to close them down before they get to the finish.

There are opt out routes if you wish to do 20 or 30 miles!
