Meetup- 6:30AM (Going right into Dynamic Warmup, Strides)

Speed Session
4 Sets of 300/600/300 Meters- The 300 Meter Repeats will range close to Mile Pace feel, and the 600 Meters will be slightly more relaxed than 5K Pace Feel. There will be a Full Loop Recovery Between Sets. Recovery between 300 to 600 to 300 is 200 Meters.

Endurance
4x200 Meters at 5K Pace Feel
8x800 Meters at Half Marathon Pace, adding surges on the 5th, 6th and 8th Rep.
4x200 Meters at Mile Pace.
