Meetup- 6:15AM- Queens Unisphere
Tempo Starts- 6:30AM

Route- The Shovel (Unisphere to Pond to Unisphere to Zoo to Unisphere)

This is a two loop, 4 Mile Tempo Run starting at your Goal Half Marathon Pace, progressing to a 10K tempo as you approach and arrive at your 2nd Loop.
