This is a free run. You have as much/as little time as you want and can travel as far as you want. Just log some distance and get on the leaderboard. Aim for at least 1.6km in 30 minutes and work your way up from there.

You don't want to exhaust yourself on a run like this, as we will play on Saturday's usually, so the run should be to keep yourself moving, not to push any boundaries.
