FFRC Club Run: 14km (with 10km option)

We'll take the south side of Burnaby Lake out, across Caribou, and turn just before North Road (7.6km on your watch). Head back to the start via the north side of the lake! If you would prefer to do 10km, loop back via the North side of the lake when you hit the damn!
