Islandwide Ride - Thursday 22nd March

Islandwide Ride (supported by SpyVélo) group ride - Thursday 22nd March:

Meeting outside Snow's garage at 18:15, before setting-off at 18:30.

- we'll head to Carisbrooke, then turn onto Whitcombe Road. Taking a left onto Highwood Lane, then left towards Blackwater.
- after looping around the Asda roundabout, we'll turn to Burnt House Lane.
- at Downend Road we'll turn right, then continue down & onto Merstone Lane.
- the ride will turn left, to Godshill, then right onto Whitwell Road.
- turning right at the church, onto Chatfield Road, we'll ride to Niton.
- turning right in Niton, we'll head north before going right onto Appleford Road.
- in Chale Green we'll turn right, then right again through Kingston.
- we'll head right, again, & up Shorwell Shute.
- then on back to Carisbrooke & Newport...

Again, we anticipate this will be a reasonably fast ride, but we do stop to regroup.

It'll be light when we meet, but you'll still need lights to complete the route. If you plan to leave the ride early though let someone know before you go.
