TORCFest - Mountain Bike Festival

WE LOVE OFF ROAD CYCLING! And we're putting on a fun festival to celebrate at Briar Chapel's Great Meadow Park. It's free, open to the public, and family friendly. There's something for everyone, check out the event schedule on Facebook for more details.

9:00 am - Warm up and chill out with yoga
10:00 am - Kids Bike Parade
11:00 am - Show us your special bike skills at the Bike Rodeo
12:00 pm - Guided mountain bike rides begin
3:00 pm - Win prizes at the TORC membership and supporter raffle

Meet other local riders who are just as passionate about cycling as you are!

Donate your gently used or new unwanted bikes, supplies, and gear to benefit The ReCYCLEry of Carborro (http://www.recyclery.org/).

Visit the Triangle Trails Showcase to learn more about our local trails and how you can help keep them in top shape.

Practice your skills on our portable jumps and log overs.

Watch advanced riders demonstrate their skills at the shredtastic Bike Park funded by REI.

Talk with Local Bike Shop representatives about gear or service questions.

Learn more about other non-profits that are advocating for cycling, outdoors, and conservation. Hear the latest on what's happening with RDU Forest.

Food will be available for purchase onsite. You can also bring your own food and beverages.

What to bring:
Your bike to ride the awesome trails, skills props, and bike park
A helmet if you'll be riding your bike
A chair to hang out in around the festival area
Water, snacks, lunch (food will be available for purchase)
