MOUNTAIN BIKE GROUP: Starting at 06:30 travelling at speeds between 14 km/h and 16 km/h. This will be a slow paced ride. RIDEMASTERS: Danie Marais
Route: - Checkers Noorder-Paarl, Jan Phillips up North, Booms, Krismiskamp, down link trail to Spice Route Trail Centre to pay, Spice Route & Home via new Paarl Adventure Trails section - a total distance of +/- 50-60km. NON HERO MEMBERS BRING R60 FOR SPECIALLY NEGOTIATED DAY PERMIT!!! Bring the right amount of cash as change can be an issue at the trail centre. [What to expect: Non Technical Single track, Beautiful scenery, Excellent workout, Suitable for Novice to Experienced Rider, Choice of different routes according to fitness levels]

ONE Free Coffee and Energy Bar afterwards at the coffee shop for EVERYBODY that joins the ride supplied by the two sponsors, i.e. Droomers Nissan and Kroff Cycles.

Cyclists must please ensure that they have a spare tube and a bicycle pump with them.

GROUP RULES: All cyclists must abide by all traffic laws. All cyclists must ride within the yellow line and a single file if no yellow line. Keep left pass right. Be considerate to fellow road users. NO HELMET = NO RIDE.
