BACK TO BASICS
New format! We cycle as one group and arrive at venue as one group. This will be a social ride and not a race!!

BACK TO BASICS GROUP: Starting at 07:15
Route: - Route: - Paarl, Wellington, Hermon (Du Vlei Farmstall) for a compulsory coffee stop. Afterwards back to Paarl via Wellington - a total distance of 75 km. [Route is flattish with some rolling hills]

One Free Coffee and Energy Bar at Du Vlei for EVERYBODY that joins the ride supplied by the two sponsors, i.e. Droomers Nissan and Kroff Cycles. Any other purchases will be for your own account.

The Droomers Nissan safety vehicle will be driven this week by Adrian Curlewis (Cellular: 082 855 8012) and will follow the last rider(s) from the 07:30 group to Du Vlei and the last rider(s) back.

Cyclists must please ensure that they have a spare tube and a bicycle pump with them.

GROUP RULES: All cyclists must abide by all traffic laws. All cyclists must ride within the yellow line and a single file if no yellow line. Keep left pass right. Be considerate to fellow road users. NO HELMET = NO RIDE.

Everybody (Road bikes and Mountain bikes) is welcome and joining is free of charge only costing your time and energy. We cater for everybody so please bring your friends along.
