A firm favourite of ours and one we are returning to for the 5th time in 15 months. This time we start the run at Embankment station running the loop clockwise making two quick water stops along the way at roughly 10 km intervals.
As usual participants are welcome to run only as far as they want stopping at any of the tube stations along the way.

This is a FREE event but do register your interest so we know how many people to expect.

Time: 8:50am Start
Distance: 24 km | 15 miles
Pace: ~10 mins/mile | ~6:20 min/km
Finish: Embankment Station
Optional: Post run food & drink (nearby venue tbc)
