Monday Fun Run @ Open Door Brewing

WHAT: A casual fun run to promote your health, the Prospect community and local businesses. Work off the weekend calories and then drink beer! Meet every Monday at Open Door Brewery in Prospect
WHEN: Every Monday, run starts at 6:00 PM
WHERE: Begin and end at @OpenDoorBrewery (2030 Ionosphere, Longmont, CO)
WHO: Husband and wife team, Brian and Lisa Pratt

DETAILS:
Two levels if needed: beginner and not beginner!
Beginner: 1 to 3 miles, jogging or walking
Not Beginner: 3 to 6 miles, jogging
No person is left behind!
Slower-pace, generally heart rate conscious
Bring reflective clothing and a headlamp/flashlight. (it will be getting dark by the time we start)
Lisa is diabetic and will stop with anyone who needs to stop
