Stadskriebels @ canal: 10K Sunday Run + Run Coaching

Stadskriebels: on Sunday May 8 we join Stadskriebels, an urban sports festival by VGC, the Flemish community. Activities are being held at 3 locations, we will be at Tour and Taxis. (www.stadskriebels.be)
- in the morning Park'cours will be organized (5K at 9.45am)
- around 11am a running coach will be available to improve your running techniques
- and we will host a big 10K crew run around noon!
