Rumour has it RSPB is suffering severe financial difficulty. Whilst we've been busy going big at Roots, they've been watching that staircase intently with their flat, iffy scones just praying for us to come back.

So! With the future of the bird place in doubt, and the weather looking pretty dodgy we'll hit the old clock tower classic on Sunday. I'm not describing the route...

There are wind warnings and possibly some rain forecast so we'll see how things progress. If it goes downhill then we'll likely just go straight caf. We'll see!

An extra word of warning; do NOT get beanz on at RSPB and expect anything remotely comparable to Roots.
