SAN FRANCISCO - Run for Kim Wall

Hello, Bay Area!

Honor our friend Kim Wall on August 10 by running/walking in a 5 or 10k route alongside the Golden Gate Bridge. Suggested donation is $25 to the Kim Wall Memorial Fund (https://www.gofundme.com/rememberingkimwall). Similar events will be taking place in different cities around the world.

Please share pictures of your run here, and feel the presence of Kim's community all over the world as you are contributing to a good cause. The Kim Wall Memorial Fund supports women journalists to continue Kim’s legacy of reporting on the “undercurrents of rebellion.”

Anyone is welcome. May you have known Kim or want support her friends and family, or simply just get out and run for a great cause. Walkers welcome! This will be a pared down event with no permits or banners / water stations etc. Just come as you are and make your way through the route posted here. We will meet in front of the Crissy Field Center (1199 E Beach San Francisco, CA 94129) at 6:30 PM before heading out on the San Francisco Bay Trail.
