Join local coach Mark Edwards for a kick ass workout to improve your VO2max! The workout consists of six 5-minute efforts up the scenic Glenn Coolidge Drive on the East Side of campus. Great way to improve your general fitness on the bike, and best for preparation for the UCSC home race!
