Sunday Group Ride

We meet on the north end in the parking lot of the Creative Arts School @8AM (they use this time and location over typically holiday breaks too). This ride is a bit more laid back in comparison to Saturday but the group will still ride hard at times just make sure you are paying attention and ready to pull through when the pace line forms on Marshland Rd.

Typical sprint points are:
- End of North Forest beach
- End of Cordillo (head toward Squire Pope)
- End of Marshland
- End of Main St

You'll also want to be ready to pull through when the pace line forms. The group tries to get this going on the cross island, cordillo, the forest beach strip and marshland. When you get to the front don't surge simply keep tempo, peel off and head to the back of the rotation. There is no need to pull like a pro. If you are super strong just ride off the front a few folks may come with you but the group will eventually sweep you up.
