6 Inch Trail Marathon

 46K trail race starting at the foot of Goldmine Hill 1K from North Dandalup and finishing in Dwellingup. Starting at 4.30am it is a surreal feeling meeting strangers pre-dawn and then finishing with a celebratory drink at the finish line. The late December date enhances a festive feeling as runners hang around to cheer in the slower competitors.

This run is designed to be tough but most marathoners can expect to finish within an hour or 2 of their best marathon time.
