💪 This is your opportunity to really boost your running strength.

Running on inclines forces your muscles to work harder. As you get stronger, your stride will become more efficient and your speed will improve.

This group challenge starts on Wednesday 29th July until Wednesday 26th August.

🥵 Of course it’s going to be hard, it’s hills!

You can choose to go on a hilly run or to complete hill efforts. This week I will be at bramham park completing hill efforts.
